Hello, welcome to my website and thank you for signing up to my monthly newsletter.

It’s early days for this website and I’m learning as I go along. This month I have been busy transferring all my blogs about the Dordogne over from my previous website, Dordogne-life, which is closing at the end of January 2026. These blogs are not only interesting in their own right but they all inspired me to write my book, My Dordogne Life. Some of them I chose to include in it. It’s been a busy year getting all six books out into the universe but, with a lot of hard work and hours sitting at a screen, I’ve done it! The latest book to be published is The Little Dordogne Kitchen which is all about the food and wine the Dordogne is famous for.

The third in my French for Beginners Series is due to be published in a few weeks and will complete the trilogy.

Next year will be the year for my first novel which I am very excited about. It will be based in the Dordogne and is loosely inspired by my very own French family history.
