About me
Ever since I was a little girl, it’s been my dream to write books. But, as life often does, it took me on a different path, until recently.
Approaching my 60th birthday, I gave myself a good talking to and made a promise: if I was ever going to fulfil that lifelong dream, I needed to change my life. And so, I did.
“Write about what you know” is the advice they always give. And that’s exactly what I’ve done.

French Fantastique – A French for Beginners Series – Book 1
An excellent book for beginners or for those who want to refresh their knowledge. It is structured in such a way that grammatical terms and rules are introduced slowly, along with useful, everyday vocabulary. I particularly liked the inclusion of ‘snippets of information’ at the end of each chapter relating to certain aspects of French culture.

This is the second book in the French Fantastique series and, like its predecessor (French Fantastique 1), it introduces both vocabulary and grammar in easily managed bitesized chunks. The well thought out content is based around useful everyday scenarios. Excellent book for beginners.
